On September 05, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Contestative procedure - second part", in support of trainers Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Court of Appeal.
The topics covered in this first session are: Filing a lawsuit in court, filing a lawsuit, types of lawsuits, joining lawsuits and defending the defendant from the lawsuit.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
