September 12 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges conducted a training from the Law on Obligations with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge in the supreme Court.
This training is cove4ring the following aspects: understanding the usury contract, excessive damage and interest.
Training methodology is interactive discussion of the presented practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
