September 14 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Uncontested procedure, with trainer Mrs. Drita Rexhaj, judges in the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: initiation of the uncontested procedure, the participants in the procedure, the persons who enjoy special protection, the performance of actions by the person without procedural skills, the principle of publicity, the withdrawal of the proposal and territorial competence.
Training methodology is interactive discussion with presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
