September 14 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Covert measures of investigation and surveillance, with trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the basic principles and international acts related to the privacy of the individual's life, the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and International Covenants for Civil and Political Rights.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian Community.
