On September 19, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, the fifth session of the theoretical training under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility" is being carried out, with the trainer engaged Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Prosecution Council in Kosovo.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: disciplinary procedures against prosecutors, the implementation of Law no. 06/l - 057 on the disciplinary responsibility of judges and prosecutors and cases where prosecutors are subject to disciplinary responsibility for disciplinary violations.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors of the 9th generation, 2022/2023.
