On September 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training, the twelfth session, training from the module "Contestation procedure - second part", withe trainer engaged Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Deputy Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.
Within this session, the following are being discussed: how the main trial is opened, what issues can be declared by the parties and their representatives, what proposals can be accepted at this stage of the procedure, how is the issue of possible changes to the lawsuit handled, how to proceed procedurally to the evidence administration phase, which evidence should be administered first, how the hearing of experts is conducted, when it is considered that the evidence is closed and how the final closing argument is given and the closing of the main trial
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
