September 22 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for first group of the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the 2nd training session from the sub-module on “EU Law”, with trainer Mr. Emrush Ujkani, EU Law Expert.
This topic is addressing the following: Aspects related to the sources of EU law and the Sources of European Union Law.
Training methodology is interactive discussions based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian community.
