On September 22, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting a theoretical training, the second training session from the module "the right to ownership and other rights of rights", with the trainer engaged Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the notion of co-ownership and joint property, rights and obligations of co-owners, the right to partition, termination of co-ownership, joint ownership, joint ownership of large families, joint ownership of spouses, joint ownership of co-heirs on the items of the inheritance, the right of property on floors.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
