On September 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the first training session under the module "Criminal Code-special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: consumer fraud, prohibited trade, tax evasion, accepting bribes in the private sector, smuggling of goods and avoiding the payment of mandatory customs duties or excise duties.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
