September 30 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the second training session from the sub-module on Judicial Review, with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, judge of the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: judicial review, preconditions for conducting the judicial review.
Training methodology is combination of interactive discussions based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
