October 4 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Trainings program for newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the training pertaining to the procedure when involving perpetrators with mental disorders, which is being delivered by Mr. Ramadan Gashi permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.
This session is addressing the following topics: detention and the conditions as well as legal requirements for the detention measure.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and division into groups.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian community.
