On October 4, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the tenth training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The agreement to commit a criminal offense (delictum preaparatum) and the limits of criminal responsibility and the punishment for cooperation, also in the framework of the above-mentioned topic, a practical case is also being addressed.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
