October 6 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on ECHR, with trainer Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, professor at the University of Prishtina.
This training session is covering the following: ECtHR objectives and impact of the ECtHR jurisprudence on protection of human rights in the Kosovo’s legal system.
Training methodology is interactive discussions on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
