October 7-8 2022, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the US Embassy in Prishtina, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting training on Novelties to the Criminal Procedure Code.
Trainer engaged in this activity are: Mr. Admir Shala Chief Prosecutor in Basic Prosecution in Prizren, Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department, Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in Mitrovica Basic Court, and Mr. Artan Çerkini lawyer.
Purpose of this training is to acquaint the participants with the essential novelties of the Criminal Procedure Code that have tendency for the necessary and effective changes.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical trainings and interactive discussions through presentation of practical cases.
Participants in this training are judges and prosecutors of the basic instance from Ferizaj, as well as police officers and victim advocates.
