On October 10, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the fifth training session under the module "Criminal Code-special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Besim Kelmendi, U.D. Chief State Prosecutor.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: criminal offenses against marriage and family, criminal offenses against public health and criminal offenses involving narcotics.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023
