On October 11, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the sixth training session under the module "Criminal Code-special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Besim Kelmendi, Acting Chief State Prosecutor.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: general overview, unlawful deprivation of liberty, obtaining statements by means of coercion, ill-treatment during the exercise of official duties or public authorizations, violation of the inviolability of homes and buildings, and violation of orders for covert or technical measures of surveillance or investigation.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
