On October 11, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training, the fifth training session under the "ECHR" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the arrest of a suspect for committing a criminal offense, Article 5 of the ECHR and its application in Kosovo and cases of violation of Article 5 of the ECHR in Kosovo - "Executive Orders".
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, of which two are from the Serbian community.
