On 26 May 2016, Kosovo Judicial Institute within the Continuous Training Program has realised training on the topic "International Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters".
In the focus of the training were the discussions concerning the necessities for legal cooperation, analysing methods of covert cross-border investigations as is the procedure of execution of foreign judgments, mutual legal assistance, drafting of mutual confiscation order including the elaboration of extradition procedures illustrated with examples from practice
Within the training were also treated the background of international legal cooperation, the responsible institutions, legal basis, forms of cooperation, the European arrest warrant, international arrest warrant ,,RED NOTICE", etc.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges, prosecutors and professional associates of the general department of basic level.
