On October 17, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is conducting the theoretical training, the first session under the module "Inheritance law" with trainer engaged Ms. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following sub-topics are being addressed: the separation of items from the inherited property, the determination of the value of the inherited property, the basic principles of the right of inheritance, inheritance based on the law, the rights of the spouse and the right of inheritance of the spouse extramarital.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
