October 18 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the training from the sub-module on “Judicial Review” with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, judge of the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: opening statement, general rules of presentation of evidence, witness examinations, statement of experts, evidence obtained outside the court, reading of records and reproduction of recordings, and examination of the defendant.
Training methodology is interactive discussions based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
