On October 19, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group of theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Inheritance Law" with the trainer egaged Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, are being addressed: necessary heirs, calculation of the necessary part, inventory of hereditary property, calculation of gifts and legacies in the hereditary part, unworthiness, assessment of unworthiness and exclusion from the inheritance of the necessary heir.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
