On October 20, 2022, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group I, the theoretical training under the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of the first session, the topics covered are: the parties and their actions for providing evidence and the types of evidence according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and interactivity.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
