October 25 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Criminal report” with trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the special prosecution of Kosovo.
This training session is covering the following: criminal report by other state bodies, criminal report by persons/ citizens, false criminal report and its consequences, special report and ensuring additional data by the prosecutor.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
