On October 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "International Legal Cooperation in the Civil Field", with the trainer engaged Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: the procedure for international legal cooperation in the civil field for requests originating from Kosovo, the procedure for international legal cooperation in the civil field, for requests coming from foreign countries addressed to Kosovo, Jurisdiction on the basis of the Dispute Procedure Law (LPK), Jurisdiction according to the Arbitration Law, The Hague Conference on Private International Law (IHL), the European Union - legal regulations in the field of European civil procedure and the Minsk Convention.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
