On October 31, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the module "Mediation in the civil field" with trainer Ms. Faton Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this training session under the module "Mediation in Civil Matters", the following are being addressed: the role and importance of the Judge in the development of mediation, the nature of civil cases that can be resolved through mediation, mandatory mediation, the right to initiate the mediation procedure, the beginning of the mediation procedure, the development of the mediation procedure, the effects of the agreement reached in mediation and mediation in economic disputes.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the conversation method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
