November 1 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Covert measures of investigation and surveillance, delivered by the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Prizren.
This training session is covering the following: international principles of lawfulness, the principle of subsidiarity, principle of proportionality, principle of the judicial approval of the invasive measures.
Training methodology is being conducted through the interactive method of discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/23.
