November 3 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the module on Criminal Code – general part, with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session is covering the following: the meaning of the concept of criminal sanctions - general reviews, sanctions and its types, alternative sanctions - the concept, importance and types of alternative sanctions and the purpose of conditional punishment which is being covered through a practical case.
Training methodology is interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
