November 8 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code general part, with Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session is covering the following: legal consequences of sanctioning, duration of the sentencing legal consequences, legal position of the sentenced persons after serving the sentence, acquittal or statute of limitation and rehabilitation.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
