November 8 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Guideline on Sectioning Policies”, delivered by trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: circumstances for aggravating the punishment and implementation of the guideline from the practical aspect.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
