November 8 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – special part, delivered by trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi, Acting Chief State Prosecutor.
This training session is covering the following aspects: crimes against matrimony and family, crimes against public health and narcotic crimes.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
