On November 9, 2022, as part of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is conducting theoretical training under the "Civil Law" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.
The topics being addressed in this session are: The object of civil law, the principles of civil law, the basic institutions of civil law, the system of civil law, the notion of sources of civil law and the nature of sources of civil law.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
