On November 9, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer engaged Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
Within this session, the advantages and disadvantages of the plea agreement, the provisions of Article 233 of the Criminal Code and the circumstances and conditions of the plea agreement are being addressed.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
