On November 10, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the module "Punitive Policy" with the trainer engaged Mr. Burim Ademaj, judge at the Court of Appeal.
During the realization of this session, the following are being addressed: the circumstances for a more lenient sentence, the implementation of the guide in practice, the weight and internal importance of the circumstance and the importance of the circumstance against the purpose of the sentence.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the conversation discussions.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
