On November 10, 2022, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the USAID Program - Commercial Justice, is conducting a training on the topic "Mediation, in the Civil aspect".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Judge from the Court of Appeal Mr. Faton Ademi and the mediator Yll Zekaj.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the easier identification of the most appropriate cases to be referred to in the mediation procedure.
The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Basic Court, professional associates and mediators from the region of Gjilan
