On November 10, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The agreement to commit a criminal offense (delictum preaparatum) and the limits of criminal liability, as well as the punishment for collaboration, including practical cases related to the above topics.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
