On November 11, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the module "Punitive Policy Guide" with trainer engaged Mr. Burim Ademaj, judge at the Court of Appeal.
During the implementation of this session, the following are being addressed: The principles for determining the fine, the categorization of fines and the resulting penalty, the determination of the starting point for fines, other circumstances that affect fines and the implementation of provisions for fines for criminal offenses incriminated in separate laws.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
