November 14 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Covert measures of investigation and surveillance” with trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: summon and promise of the defendant that he will not leave the premises.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/23.
