On November 15, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in criminal proceeding", with the trainer engaged Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the prohibition of the defendant to approach certain places and certain persons and the obligation of the defendant to appear at the nearest police station.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
