On November 4 2016, Kosovo Judicial Institute within its Continuous Training Program (CTP) conducted training on “Conditions for concluding contract – effects and interpretation”.
Purpose of this training was to enable the participants to learn better about the legal terms that have to be met in order to establish a contract, effects of the contract to the contracting parties, interpretation manner of the contract, and causes for its cancellation as number of disputes that arise from the contract and contracting relations is increasing.
This training elaborated on correct application of the Law on Obligation Relationships provisions and other applicable provisions related to earnest, bail and remedies for personal insurance of the contract enforcement like withdrawal money, criminal condition and contract of surety.
Training was delivered in form of interactive discussions and practical cases solved based on judgments of different judicial trainings.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of basic courts.
