On November 17, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure - the first part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Appeal against the judgment, legal interest in overturning the decision, the effects of the appeal, the deadline for filing the appeal, the violation of the provisions of the contentious procedure and the action of the court of first instance when the appeal is regular.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
