On November 18, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: professional negligence, responsibility for acts committed through negligence, responsibility for qualified forms of criminal offenses, responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with more serious consequences and criminal responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with special circumstances.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
