November 22 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training for the newly appointed judges on the ECHR with trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training is covering the following aspects: Article 5 paragraph 1 (ECHR), Presumption in favor of liberty, what is deprivation of liberty, types of detention according to paragraph 1 of Article 5 (ECHR) and Article 1 of the Protocol no. 4 of the ECHR.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
