November 22 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Initiation of the formal investigation and criminal procedure, with trainer Mr. Naim Abazi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
This training session is covering the following aspects: extension of investigation and suspension of investigation.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/ 23.
