November 24 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on ECHR, with trainer Mr. Skënder Çoçaj, judge of the appeals Court.
This training sessions is covering the following: Article 6.1 the Right to a Fair Trial, independence, impartiality of courts, the right to a trial within a reasonable time, and Article 6.2 and 6.3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Training methodology is interactive discussions over the presented practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
