November 24 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Justice Program is conducting the training on Mediation in Civil Aspect.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Judge of the Appeals Court Mr. Faton Ademi, and the Mediator Mr. Yll Zekaj.
Purpose of this training are extending the participants knowledge on easier identification of the cases suitable for referral to the mediation procedure.
Training methodology is combination of theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Basic Court, professional associates, mediators, police officers and lawyers from Peja region.
