Sub-module: Crime Scene and Forensics, Session Two: Securing the Crime Scene and Investigation Phases

On November 22, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the training under the module "Crime Scene and Forensics", with the trainer engaged Mrs. Merita Bina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: securing the scene, determining the spatial size of the scene, classifying the scene, communicating at the scene, conducting the scene investigation, completing the scene investigation. of the event, ideological reconstruction, personal control of the participants of the event, documentation of the situation at the scene of the event and sketching of the scene of the event, photography and videotaping of the scene of the event.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
