On November 29-30 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a Roundtable on the rights of children without parental care and in cases of changes to their status.
Purpose of this training is treatment and addressing the challenges of the judicial practice on implementation of the material and procedural provisions from the rea of the family law.
This roundtable is covering the following aspects of the protection of the rights of children without parental care, as well as forms of special protection of these children that are regulated by the Law on Family, in reference with the Convention on Protection of the Children Rights.
Methodology of this roundtable is combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions over practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges of the Appeals and basic instances.
