On November 29, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Initiation of formal investigation and criminal procedure", with the trainer engaged Mr. Naim Abazi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the procedure for the termination of investigations based on the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, the reasons and consequences of the suspension of the attempt and the provisions changed after the entry into force of the Codes.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/20223.
