December 1 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Obligational Law, with trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge in the Appeals Court.
During this session the following aspects are being covered: scope of the contract implementation, principles of the contract law, terms for reaching contracts, provision of consent for establishing contracts and forms of contracts.
The training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
