December 1 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – special part, with Trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, judge in the Special Department of the Appeals Court.
This training session is addressing the following: obstructing an official in the performance of official duties, assaulting an official, participating in a crowd that commits a criminal offense and hooliganism, removing or damaging official seals or signs, false presentation as a person official, self-judgment, illegal provision of legal aid, damage to graves or corpses.
Training methodology is interactive followed by practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
